Dr. White began his dental career as a dental assistant in 2008, where he discovered his passion for helping others through dentistry. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the School of Dentistry in El Paso. Dr. White believes that every patient deserves personalized care, clear communication, and treatment that is tailored to their individual needs. His goal is to provide high-quality dentistry while helping patients maintain healthy smiles for years to come. Outside of the office, he enjoys surfing, fishing, bowling, and spending time with his two dogs, Bobo and Charlie.
After graduating from UTRGV in 2020, Dr. Roman moved to Houston to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and is grateful to return to the Valley - the community that played such an important role in her journey. Dr. Roman is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through preventive and restorative dentistry. She believes exceptional dental care begins with trust, compassion, and taking the time to ensure every patient feels comfortable and informed. Outside the office, Dr. Roman enjoys creating art, spending quality time with her husband, and caring for their cat and four dogs.
Mary began her dental career as a dental assistant in 2015 and, after more than a decade in the dental field, she went back to school and became a hygienist in 2026. As a dental hygienist, she is passionate about promoting oral health through preventive care, patient education, and helping patients achieve healthy smiles. Outside of the office, Mary enjoys taking long drives in her Jeep while listening to R&B, hip-hop, and rap. She is also the proud mom of two beautiful baby girls and loves spending quality time with her family.

Sara joined the team in July of 2015 and has been a loyal and dedicated employee ever since. She is a Michigan native who moved to the valley during her formative years and graduated from Sharyland High School. She started managing the office in 2020 and has helped maintain high-level care for patients and a joyful work environment for staff. Believe it or not, she also enjoys fishing with her spouse in her free time, competing in local pool leagues, and raising her 3 children.
Rebecca is a proud Valley native, she served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 10 years before being honorably discharged. She joined the practice in 2022 and quickly became an expert in navigating the world of dental insurance. Rebecca verifies insurance benefits, submits claims and preauthorizations, and advocates for patients through the appeals process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her sons and her beloved dog, Bella. She also loves playing tennis and competing in local pool leagues and tournaments.
Priscilla began her journey with dentistry in 2009 as a dental assistant and has been a valued member of the team ever since. In 2021, she stepped into the role of Office Manager, where her years of clinical experience and leadership help keep the practice running smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff. Outside of the office, Priscilla proudly serves as the President of the Weslaco East Wildcat Regiment. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, spending time at the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
Ayde joined the dental field in 2021 after experiencing the practice firsthand as a patient during an emergency dental procedure. Inspired by the care she received, she became a valued member of the front-desk team, where she schedules appointments, obtains insurance clearances, answers patient questions, and helps make each visit as smooth and welcoming as possible. Outside of the office, Ayde enjoys playing volleyball, spending weekends at the park with her two children, trying new coffee shops, and expressing her creativity through crocheting.
Danielle joined the practice in 2018 after graduating from dental assisting school and quickly became an invaluable member of the team. After just one year, she earned the role Lead Dental Assistant, where she oversees the assisting team, coordinates lab cases, manages inventory, and helps ensure patients receive exceptional care from start to finish. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her four children and her sister. She also loves cooking and baking, and finds joy in making people smile and helping them feel confident about themselves.

Itzel joined the practice in 2020, shortly after graduating from high school, and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental visits while continuing to grow in the profession. Outside of the office, Itzel loves spending time with her son and family, shopping, and trying new restaurants. She is currently attending South Texas College to earn her Associate of Science in Biology, with the goal of becoming a dental hygienist in the near future.
